The FS350 firewood splitter is a high-performance bi-directional firewood splitter engineered for farm operations and small firewood businesses.
Powered by a Honda 390cc petrol engine, the FS350 makes splitting wood simple with the ability to produce firewood up to 7.4 m³/hr from logs up to 609 mm long. With the standard bi-directional push block, 26 metric tons of splitting force, and 2-stage hydraulic pump at 83.2 LPM, the FS350 can efficiently split wood at double the rate of one-directional firewood splitters.
Built to last, the FS350 features a heavy-duty, tube-in-tube steel frame which makes it three-times the weight of comparable firewood splitters. The standard trailer makes the FS350 completely portable and road ready with a 998 kg torsion axle, stabilizing hitch, and LED lights for towing. The ergonomically designed deck level is 304 mm higher than comparable splitters to provide a comfortable working height for the operator and the convenient operator panel allows simple, intuitive left/right controls for the firewood splitter and up/down controls for the log lift (optional).
To prepare for splitting, logs are loaded manually or with a log lift (optional). Once a log is loaded, the bi-directional push block is engaged by pushing the hydraulic lever to the right or left to push the log through one of two standard 3-way wedges (4-way, 5-way, and 5-way bundle wedges optional). With the first pass, the lower portion of the log is split into rectangular firewood for easy stacking, while the upper portion of the log is moved on the opposite side of the push block to finish splitting. Split material is automatically moved and sorted through one of two slotted wing trays on either side of the operator.
